2026-2027 Officer Candidacy

This course prepares Delaware middle and high school students to run for a 2026–2027 State Educators Rising Officer position. Students will learn about responsibilities, eligibility requirements, campaign expectations, application steps, timelines, and how to design an effective video introduction, executive brief, and campaign strategy.
