My “why” for teaching: I want to be the teacher that leaves a remarkable impact on the student, even at a young age. I hope to be the teacher that they remember throughout their school career as one of the teachers that made such a positive impact on their life.

Favorite EdRising Moment: This is a loaded question, but my favorite moments were always during homecoming season. Several of our members would stay after school
and design and create our float for the homecoming parade.

Career Goals: I hope to become a 5th grade teacher. I want to serve as a mentor and motivator for the students, not just as a teacher.
