Each student will receive the following:

A minimum $100 Scholarship Stipend
Mentoring to enhance your technical and leadership skills
Shared lodging during the event
All meals throughout the event
A work-based learning credit

I will be able to complete the 12 modules prior to February 9th through a virtual course. This will require a mixture of self-paced and teacher lead instruction.

I am able to attend the 2026 Delaware Educators Rising Conference at University of Delaware on February 10-11, 2026. (We move in and begin work on the evening of February 9.

I will be expected to work up to 15 hours per month and the two days of conference.

It is expected that I will attend and actively engage in all required meetings.

I will have to manage my time to ensure that I complete all independent work by established deadlines.

It is expected that I will actively participate in and engage in meetings and activities, including monthly meetings, working sessions, and community engagement opportunities.

I understand that this program requires me to serve the entire length of my term.

I understand that, if selected, I must follow all of the rules, policies, and procedures set forward by Delaware Department of Education.
