2025 State Leadership Conference
Delaware Educators Rising annual state conference will be held on February 11-12, 2025, at the Atlantic Sands & Rehoboth Beach Convention Center in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Middle school, high school, and collegiate students will attend two days of competitions and professional learning with a chance to be eligible for the national conference in Washington, DC, this June. The Educators Rising competitions are performance-based competitive events in which aspiring educators demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and leadership in education. Students also compete for scholarships to Wilmington University and University of Delaware for their success in competitive events.

Competition Materials
Competitions that require materials to be submitted for pre-judging are due by January 26th at 11:59 pm.
Accommodations
Students who receive support through a 504 or an IEP will continue to receive accommodations during competitions. Please submit accommodations by January 26th at 11:59 pm. Accommodations shall be sent to michael.hill-shaner@doe.k12.de.us.
